Police Fire Scanner Traffic From Stage Collapse

by Storm Chaser Movies on August 14, 2011

Here is some scanner traffic from Police and Firefighters for the stage collapse at the Indiana State fair on August 13th 2011.  The collapse of the stage just before Sugarland was to perform due to a gust start injured nearly fifty and killed five.

On this audio from a police and fire scanner you can hear a computerized voice doing dispatches and the tactical traffic of the ambulances, medics, indiana state police, fire departments and more.

This is a great example of the use of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident Command System (ICS) at a mass causality incident.  Anyone can hear police, fire, storm chasers and more by using radio scanners.
